Embarrassing - WESTGATE LAKES
The Bar & Grill manager named Israel was not able to set my payment bill to my reservation account.He was very rude to me because I had no money or credit card in hands.
He treated me like a criminal. At the end He called his boss and easily solved the issue checking my ID and my reservation number. "If I call the cops you go in to jail for no pay the bill" he said. I was hosted in Westgate Lakes Resort and I will not going back in the Bar & Grill restaurant anymore.
If he is the manager, is his duty deal with costumers issues, specially if they are guest hosted in the resort. I feel very embarrassed Usually when we call the manager is to solve the problem, but when the manager does not, who you call? (ghostbusters?)
